The Clarity & Alignment Session is a 60-minute intuitive guidance and energy healing experience designed to help you gain clarity, release emotional blocks, and realign with your next steps. This session blends intuitive insight with grounded energy work to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface — mentally, emotionally, and energetically. We begin with a guided relaxation process that helps calm your nervous system and quiet mental noise. This allows you to feel more open, centered, and connected to your own inner awareness. From there, I intuitively tune into your energy and current life circumstances to identify patterns, emotional blocks, or imbalances that may be keeping you stuck. Using Reiki-based energy healing techniques, I work to gently clear and rebalance your energy system so you can feel lighter, more grounded, and aligned.
