Sage is used to "smudge" by carefully burning one end (blow out flame). To smudge means to "cleanse" you or your space. It helps "clean" the air physically, mentally, spiritually, and energetically. Use every once in awhile on your crystals, in your meditation practice, on yourself, or in your home when you need to. (One stick)
