About the Event
For mental health awareness month I wanted to offer a special mindfulness meditation to help reset your nervous system from the stresses of life. This will be held virtually so you can be in the comfort of your home to send you into a beautiful night of bliss. Feel free to keep your video off if you want to be guided by my voice as you fall asleep into a mindful dreamland.
